This exclusive industry training includes a welcome cocktail, guided tasting, and a deep dive into real Caribbean rum culture.

Afterwards: Join us for Tales of a Rum Runner — open to the public from 6–8 PM. Enjoy a one-night-only cocktail menu featuring Ed Hamilton’s rums, while Ed mingles, shares stories, and talks all things rum.
