Guest Bartender Series

A monthly guest bartender series showcasing local bartenders who live and breathe their craft. Each bartender creates two cocktails reflecting their unique style, available for the next month. For every cocktail sold, $1 is matched by our partner brands and donated to the bartender's chosen charity.

Rhianna Fairchild

A bartender, musician, performer, and person in the Denver metro area. Most of the time, you can find them behind the bar at Williams & Graham, rehearsing with local Balinese gamelan Tunas Mekar, or on stage playing violin/viola with a wide variety of local musical projects. Their style of cocktail writing is inventive, curiosity-driven, obsessed with sugar cane, and largely informed by being a Filipinx-American and mixed race person trying to understand and advocate for the representation of complex cultural identity. Rhianna’s love for hospitality is deeply rooted in authenticity. She has a fascination with fleeting moments of connection, and a desire to continuously cultivate collective community care. In between it all, they love to laugh a lot, taste delicious things, find canned Gatorade, and watch Star Trek.

Gamelan Tunas Mekar

Based in Denver, Colorado, Gamelan Tunas Mekar is a community under the direction of Balinese composer and Artist-In Residence I Made Lasmawan. Tunas Mekar presents traditional and new music & dance from the island of Bali, Indonesia, performing gamelan at music festivals, local venues, cultural events, schools,  and specially produced concerts by special invitation nationally and internationally. Modeled after typical village groups found throughout Bali, and learning by traditional methods, Tunas Mekar provides American audiences the rare opportunity to experience one of the world’s most beautiful and sophisticated performing arts. Founded in 1988, Gamelan Tunas Mekar has always served to present, preserve, promote, and enjoy this facet of Southeast Asian culture in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
